Therapy for Adults & Adolescents

THE FIRST STEP IS GETTING YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Take a look around this site and send an email if you have further questions. Once you feel that you have had your questions answered, the next step is to schedule a session so that all important information can be gathered. Adolescents will be accompanied by a parent or guardian for this meeting. Adults will attend this session alone.

Following this session, you will be provided a diagnosis to substantiate a treatment plan. The treatment plan is then drafted, along with the client, and will include short and long term goals for treatment, treatment modalities, intervention strategies and, at times, homework assignments.
