Therapy for Adults & Adolescents
THE FIRST STEP IS GETTING YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Take a look around this site and send an email if you have further questions. Once you feel that you have had your questions answered, the next step is to schedule a session so that all important information can be gathered. Adolescents will be accompanied by a parent or guardian for this meeting. Adults will attend this session alone.
Following this session, you will be provided a diagnosis to substantiate a treatment plan. The treatment plan is then drafted, along with the client, and will include short and long term goals for treatment, treatment modalities, intervention strategies and, at times, homework assignments.
In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of our client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
Adults are generally seen for issues that include depression, anxiety, phobias, stress, anger management, coping skills, peer stressors, isolation, career and work struggles, familial and relationship pressures, sexuality and identity issues, self esteem issues, mood disorders, phobias and panic, time management and organizational skills, life skills, assertion and communication skills, etc.
